Meet the Team
As a late-diagnosed AuDHDer and ex-military spouse, I deeply understand the complexities that come with navigating the world while managing a “double life.” These experiences fuel my passion for offering therapy that honors your unique needs and perspective.
I believe in creating a safe, affirming space where we can work together to explore your strengths, challenges, and growth. You’re the expert on yourself. I’m here to help you reconnect with your intuition and shed the weight of others’ expectations.

Request an AppointmentMy goal is to support individuals who are finding everyday life challenging, whether they are facing unexpected life changes, anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns. I strive to provide a compassionate, collaborative environment where clients can develop effective coping strategies, build resilience, and work toward meaningful, lasting well-being.
I believe counseling should meet you where you are. I work flexibly with clients navigating the busyness of life and tailor the counseling process to their individual needs, goals, values, and experiences.
I also provide Christian counseling for individuals who want their faith to be part of the therapeutic process. When desired, I integrate Christian faith, beliefs, and values into counseling while respecting each client’s individual perspective and preferences.
My therapeutic style is eclectic, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Existential Therapy, and the Gottman Method. Together, we can identify approaches that fit your needs and help you move toward greater clarity, growth, and well-being.
